Leading your child’s team is one of our Clinical Supervisors, who are Registered Behaviour Analysts (R.B.A. ONT/BCBAs). They bring expertise and leadership to guide your child’s therapy journey.
In partnership with the Clinical Supervisor, Senior Therapists design and shape your child’s individualized ABA treatment plan. They ensure programs are implemented effectively, provide ongoing support to Instructor Therapists, and, together with the Clinical Supervisor, stay in close communication with you to make sure your child’s therapy goals are consistently met.
Our Instructor Therapists work directly with your child, bringing energy, care, and expertise to each session. Specially trained in ABA intervention, they are dedicated professionals who combine a passion for teaching with a love for making learning fun and engaging.
